Lezlie really helped me in a pinch ahead of my wedding in the Bay Area. I had bought my wedding dress in Ireland and they never secured the buttons when doing the alterations so had a number of loose buttons and buttons that had fallen off which I noticed two weeks before the wedding.  

I reached out to Lezlie when I noticed this and she was so responsive, set very clear expectations and was upfront in her pricing. It was a bonus when she got the dress ready ahead of schedule. 

She was helpful in other ways too. I had forgotten to take photo's of the poor work from Ireland and she sent me photo's that I could send to the original tailor when chasing them for a refund.
